壓式拉式稱重傳感器(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)方法,這種形式的稱重傳感器(qi)有二種不同(tong)的安(an)裝(zhuang)形式。

一、為(wei)固定式(shi)底座傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)的安(an)裝形(xing)式(shi),安(an)裝時(shi)將傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)放置在三顆(ke)固定檔柱(zhu)內。因此要求使用在溫度變化范圍不大(da)的場合,其優(you)點是(shi)能提高秤(cheng)體(ti)的穩定性,而且(qie)安(an)裝調(diao)試方便。在稱重傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)安(an)裝時(shi)還應注意:

1,為防(fang)(fang)止大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)經傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi),應在傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)之間加裝短路(lu)片,以(yi)防(fang)(fang)偶然的(de)大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)過(guo)而(er)將(jiang)其燒(shao)壞(huai)。即使如(ru)此,在需要進行大(da)(da)從焊接時最好還(huan)是將(jiang)壓式傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)卸下,待幾(ji)作結束(shu)后再(zai)將(jiang)稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)安裝好。

2,滾珠等移動部件(jian)應保(bao)持滑動自如,不應有卡死、銹蝕等現(xian)象。

3,壓頭(tou)應(ying)(ying)由20mm厚的鉻鋼制(zhi)(zhi)成,壓頭(tou)的底(di)面應(ying)(ying)加(jia)工成圓弧,其半(ban)徑應(ying)(ying)為傳感器圓頂半(ban)徑的3倍以(yi)上(shang),并應(ying)(ying)進行熱處理以(yi)增加(jia)壓頭(tou)的硬度(du)。固(gu)定板應(ying)(ying)用45號鋼制(zhi)(zhi)成,其厚度(du)不(bu)(bu)得小于20mm,安裝時的水平度(du)不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)超(chao)出±0.5°。

二(er)、滾(gun)珠式底座傳感器的安(an)裝形式,安(an)裝時將它(ta)放置在帶有凹形缺口的底板上。其優點是:

當秤體或其(qi)(qi)它設備因溫度(du)影響而伸縮(suo),使其(qi)(qi)偏離受力(li)中心線時,可作水(shui)平方向的位移定位,其(qi)(qi)位移量在(zai)±5mm以內(nei)。因此可在(zai)任(ren)何情況(kuang)下使稱重傳感器接受垂(chui)直力(li),保證(zheng)稱量準確度(du)。

零點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)漂是決(jue)定應變(bian)式傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)質量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)參數(shu),同(tong)時也是進行溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度補償(chang)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)依據。因此在應變(bian)式稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)生(sheng)產過(guo)(guo)程中,必(bi)須在不同(tong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度下(xia)測量(liang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)零點(dian)輸出(chu),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)對不同(tong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)測量(liang)結(jie)果進行分析(xi)計算,并根(gen)據計算結(jie)果進行溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度補償(chang),同(tong)時剔(ti)除零點(dian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)漂過(guo)(guo)大的(de)(de)(de)不合格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)。

該巡檢(jian)(jian)(jian)系統主(zhu)要分為(wei)主(zhu)控板(ban)和(he)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)兩個(ge)部分,其中檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)對所連(lian)接的稱重傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)進行(xing)零點輸出信號(hao)的自動巡檢(jian)(jian)(jian),并將測(ce)(ce)量結果發(fa)送至(zhi)主(zhu)控板(ban)。每塊檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)一次最多可(ke)以連(lian)接 32個(ge)稱重傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi),每個(ge)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)連(lian)接口都有固定的ID編號(hao),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)可(ke)以自動判(pan)斷每個(ge)連(lian)接口是否有傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)的連(lian)接。每塊檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)都有可(ke)設定的獨立ID號(hao),同時檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)板(ban)具有自診斷功能,可(ke)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)出AD和(he)RAM等的錯(cuo)誤。

每(mei)塊主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)一(yi)次最(zui)多(duo)可以連(lian)接128塊檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban),因此該系(xi)(xi)統最(zui)多(duo)可以同(tong)時巡檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)4096個稱(cheng)重傳感器。每(mei)次開機(ji)時,主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)會自動查詢所(suo)有(you)已連(lian)接的(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban),當有(you)無法連(lian)接或有(you)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)報告錯誤時,主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)會在(zai)液(ye)晶屏上(shang)給出(chu)報警(jing)提示(shi),操(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)可以根(gen)據需要選(xuan)擇停(ting)機(ji)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查,或者將出(chu)錯的(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)設定(ding)為停(ting)用狀態,其后主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)將不再與該檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)進(jin)行數(shu)(shu)據通訊。主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)主(zhu)要完(wan)(wan)成檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)板(ban)(ban)數(shu)(shu)據采集(ji)、檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)數(shu)(shu)據分析計(ji)算、與PC機(ji)的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)據通訊、打印控制和人機(ji)交互(hu)等(deng)功能,并同(tong)樣具有(you)自診(zhen)斷功能,當出(chu)現故障時系(xi)(xi)統在(zai)液(ye)晶屏上(shang)給出(chu)報警(jing)提示(shi),操(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)可根(gen)據提示(shi)信(xin)息進(jin)行相應(ying)的(de)(de)故障處理。操(cao)作(zuo)人員(yuan)對系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)所(suo)有(you)設定(ding)都可通過主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)上(shang)的(de)(de)按鍵完(wan)(wan)成,主(zhu)控板(ban)(ban)上(shang)還(huan)包(bao)括一(yi)塊 16×2的(de)(de)字符型液(ye)晶屏用于(yu)顯示(shi)各種(zhong)信(xin)息。
